I found Crossfit in 2015 and today it is one of the longest things I’ve ever done, every day, since. Just six months after starting I wanted to know more. So I signed up for my first Crossfit trainer course and came to understand that the Crossfit methodology uniquely possesses an elegant solution to the world’s most vexing problem – chronic disease from poor nutrition and sedentary lifestyles.
During my classes I love finding that perfect cue to get my athletes moving in ways that maximize power, efficiency and safety. Before and after, I love seeing the community of friends that has formed in every class and in every gym. Indeed, almost all of my friends and all of my closest friends, I met in a Crossfit gym.
